Hi, I'm Nicole

Hey everyone! As a Blogger/Influencer, Yoga teacher and Y12SR leader, I've had the privilege of working with many people and helping them in a variety of ways. Mainly I just provide and hold a safe space for them to open up and rediscover their innate power to craft their lives. I get satisfaction, a sense of usefulness and purpose from these encounters, and am excited to add this education (as well as my other current studies in Yoga Therapies) to my repertoire! I've also worked in the health and wellness industry in other capacities, but I don't think this is the correct forum to represent or promote my affiliates.
