Hi, I'm Caroline

I spent 7 years in the food & beverage manufacturing industry as a Maintenance Manager. It was this role that revealed to me just how much I love helping others achieve things they did not believe were possible. I worked in the development of female professionals, which continued to spur my love for coaching. One year ago, I joined a coaching staff of a local gym as a Strength & Conditioning coach, which helped cement for me that I wanted to coach in the world of health and wellness.
