Hi everyone! I am Dr. Angela Gala, Cuban by birth and proudly Texan adopted by the fantastic and beautiful City Of Houston. I graduated as a doctor in 1991; I have a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in medical sciences. Recently, I became certified as a Health Coach with the National Society of Health Coaches (NSHC) and Certified Health & Life Mastery Coach by the Health Coach Institute. I enrolled in the HCI program to expand and hone my skills and achieve the Master of Transformation. I work with women who are in a midlife crisis and have lost themselves. I help them create a new and better next chapter of their lives.
