Smoothies, soups, snacks or salads?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This week, both my clients asked me “What should I eat more of to have weight loss?”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My answer: Replace your typical carbs with veggies!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Of course, eating less is going to help you lose the weight, but it is really hard to have “small portions” be sustainable over time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Solution? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
